Aphrodite

Ingredients:

• Hearts (60ml Sapiir)
• 30ml Hibiscus Syrup
• 15ml Lemon Juice
• 30ml Verjuice
• 15ml egg white or 6 drops wonderfoam*
  

*Egg white optional for extra texture and that signature foamy top, the cocktail tastes just as good without it (perfect if you don’t have eggs or prefer a vegan option).

**P.S the lid is the measure!


Method:

1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake well.
3. Double-strain into a chilled glass
4. Wait! Watch the magic happen as your cocktail settles and creates that silky foamy top.

No Shaker? No problem.

Option 1: Jar Shake

Pop everything into a clean jar with ice, screw the lid on tight, and shake like you mean it. Strain into your glass.

Option 3: Stir It

No jar? No worries. Whisk your egg white separately in a small bowl until foamy, then add it to a tall glass with the other ingredients and ice. Stir for 20–30 seconds to chill, then strain.
