At LO/NO Club, we take pride in delivering your non-alcoholic subscription box with care and efficiency. Below is our shipping policy to ensure a smooth experience.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within New Zealand. While we have plans to expand to Australia in the future, international shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout. Where ever possible for us to do so, we offer free shipping, or heavily discounted rates in area's we cannot. We aim to provide competitive and fair pricing to ensure your box arrives safely and support your sober journey.

Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes

  • Subscription boxes are dispatched around the 15th of the following month after your order is placed.
  • Standard delivery via NZ Couriers is expected within 2–3 working days from the dispatch date.

You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way.

Courier & Tracking

We partner with NZ Couriers to ensure reliable and secure delivery. Tracking details will be provided via email once your box has been shipped.

Damaged or Lost Packages

In the rare case of a damaged or lost package, customers can contact the team directly at hey@lonoclub.co.nz to arrange a replacement or refund. We are committed to ensuring you receive your subscription box in the best possible condition.

Special Delivery Requests

At this time, we do not offer special requests such as gift wrapping or personalised messages. However, we are always looking to enhance our services—stay tuned for future updates!
