Return & Refund Policy
At LO/NO Club, we strive to deliver high-quality, carefully curated non-alcoholic subscription boxes. While our boxes are non-refundable, we do offer refunds in specific cases outlined below.
Refund Eligibility
We do not accept returns, but refunds are available if:
- Your subscription box arrives with damaged glass products or missing items.
- Your package is lost in transit.
Refund Request Process
If you experience an issue, please contact us at hey@lonoclub.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your box.
- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- If applicable, attach photos of damaged items to help us resolve the matter quickly.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued as store credit by default. In some cases, we may process refunds using the original payment method at our discretion.
Exceptions
- Subscription boxes are non-refundable unless they meet the criteria above.
- We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases
