Ingredients:

  • Hearts (60ml Sapiir) 
  • 30 ml Verjuice
  • 15 ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
  • 10 ml Sugar Syrup

 

Method:

  1. Add the Sapiir, verjuice, pink grapefruit juice, and sugar syrup to a shaker or jar with ice.
  2. Shake well until chilled.
    Strain into a chilled glass.
  3. Garnish with a grapefruit twist or whatever you've got on hand.

*To make a sugar syrup, mix 1 part water with 1 part sugar in a pan and heat until all the sugar dissolves.
